Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Cusco & City Tour
- MorningArrival at Cusco airport, transfer to your hotel and rest to acclimatize.
- 01:00 PMStart of the Cusco City Tour: Visit the Cathedral, Qoricancha, Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay.
- 06:30 PMReturn to your hotel.
Day 2: Sacred Valley ATV Adventure & Train to Aguas Calientes
- 07:00 AMPickup and drive to Cruzpata in the Sacred Valley.
- 09:00 AMATV riding to the Maras Salt Mines and Moray circular terraces.
- 01:00 PMBuffet lunch in Urubamba.
- 04:00 PMTransfer to Ollantaytambo train station and board the train to Aguas Calientes.
- 07:00 PMArrival in Aguas Calientes and check-in at your hotel.
Day 3: Machu Picchu Guided Tour & Return to Cusco
- 06:00 AMBus up to the Machu Picchu citadel.
- 07:00 AMGuided tour of the main temples and terraces of Machu Picchu.
- 11:00 AMFree time to explore on your own.
- 01:00 PMBus down to Aguas Calientes for lunch.
- 04:22 PMBoard the return train to Ollantaytambo, followed by bus transfer to Cusco.
Day 4: Rainbow Mountain Trek & Departure
- 04:00 AMEarly pickup and drive south to the trailhead of Rainbow Mountain.
- 08:00 AMStart the hike to the summit of Vinicunca (approx 1.5 - 2 hours).
- 10:00 AMFree time at the summit for photos and rest.
- 01:00 PMBuffet lunch in Cusipata.
- 04:30 PMReturn to Cusco and transfer directly to the airport for your departure flight.
