Tour Overview
The tour starts with a pickup from your accommodation to head towards the town of Mollepata, where we will enjoy an Andean breakfast. Then we continue the journey to Soraypampa, the starting point of the hike to Humantay Lake.
The hike takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, during which we can appreciate impressive mountain landscapes and the Salkantay snow-capped mountain. Upon arriving at the lake, we will have time for photographs and an explanation from the guide about the natural and spiritual importance of the place.
Afterwards, we return to Soraypampa to take the transport back to Mollepata, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch. Finally, we return to Cusco.
